Description

  • Create and manage high-performing LinkedIn content (posts, carousels, hooks) to attract high-intent B2B prospects.
  • Identify and test content angles and formats, and continuously optimize based on performance metrics.
  • Turn content engagement (likes, comments, profile views) into meaningful, non-salesy conversations and DMs.
  • Qualify prospects from conversations and move them into the sales pipeline for follow-up and closing.
  • Engage consistently with audience through comments, DMs, and thoughtful follow-ups to build relationships and nurture leads.
  • Design and operate simple content funnels (content → engagement → conversation → call) to improve conversion at each stage.
  • Develop lead magnets and nurture flows where needed to support pipeline growth.
  • Measure and improve conversion rates across funnel stages and share insights on audience behavior and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the founder to improve conversion quality and optionally support early-stage sales conversations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content-led B2B lead generation or organic growth.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn content and personal brand growth.
  • Proven ability to generate inbound leads or book calls from content (LinkedIn/content-led results).
  • Excellent copywriting and messaging skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles (typically 2–3 months).
  • Comfortable owning outcomes (leads, conversations, pipeline) and working in a results-driven role.
  • Ability to think in funnels and systems and apply both creative and analytical approaches to content.
  • Experience initiating natural, intent-based DMs and nurturing prospects through messaging.
  • Availability to work full-time, remotely, during U.S. business hours.
