Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 20–30 active clients and own their ongoing success.
  • Lead client check-ins, manage expectations, and handle day-to-day client requests.
  • Identify account risks early and take action to prevent churn.
  • Own client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship outcomes.
  • Diagnose and resolve underperforming cold email campaigns and related delivery issues.
  • Troubleshoot deliverability, list quality, and low-converting campaign copy.
  • Review and QA campaigns before launch and continuously optimize performance.
  • Build, refine, and document delivery processes, workflows, and playbooks.
  • Track SLAs, client health metrics, and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with developers, outreach team members, and the founder on technical, execution, and reporting needs.

Requirements

  • Experience leading client operations, account management, or delivery in a startup environment.
  • Strong background in cold email, lead generation, or outbound campaigns.
  • Hands-on expertise in cold email strategy, copywriting, deliverability, inbox placement, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to personally write and improve campaign copy.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, automations, and data workflows.
  • Experience using AI tools for daily operations and optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-changing environments.
  • Comfortable working remotely with U.S. client time zones.
  • Experience in high-growth startups or early-stage companies is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is preferred.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools and campaign infrastructure is preferred.
