Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Build brand authority through thought leadership, storytelling, and educational content.
  • Maintain and manage a rolling 30-day content calendar across multiple channels.
  • Create long-form articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, case studies, and founder-led thought leadership content.
  • Develop short-form and AI-powered video content using modern creative tools.
  • Manage and grow organic presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and diaspora-focused platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement foundational SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website and content assets for on-page SEO and search visibility.
  • Launch and manage branded podcast or webinar initiatives and coordinate speaking opportunities and guest outreach.
  • Execute digital PR and media outreach initiatives, including partnerships, guest features, and brand collaborations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance, organic growth, engagement, SEO rankings, and campaign outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, brand growth, or digital marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content-driven growth and engagement results.
  • Experience managing organic social media growth strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered content and video tools.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content strategy skills.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup and fast-paced environment.
  • Background in fintech, SaaS, cross-border payments, or diaspora-focused businesses is preferred.
  • Experience launching podcasts, webinars, or founder-led media initiatives is preferred.
  • Familiarity with newsletter growth and audience nurturing strategies is preferred.
  • Experience with digital PR, media outreach, or brand amplification campaigns is preferred.
