Description

  • Lead daily conversations in Slack and keep member engagement high.
  • Start discussions and maintain a professional, upbeat, and welcoming community tone.
  • Introduce members to one another based on goals, industry, and interests.
  • Act as the connector of the community and build trust to encourage collaboration.
  • Conduct regular member check-ins every 3–6 months to identify engagement gaps and churn risks.
  • Plan and manage events such as retreats, dinners, and meetups, including end-to-end logistics.
  • Track participation, member activity, and event attendance, then report insights to improve engagement and retention.
  • Run surveys in Typeform, analyze feedback, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Monitor inactive members and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Share engagement updates and insights with the internal team.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken English with clear, neutral, U.S.-friendly communication.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience in community management, customer success, or relationship management.
  • Experience coordinating events or member experiences.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
  • Reliable remote work setup.
  • Experience managing communities on Slack (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with Typeform (nice to have).
  • Experience with U.S.-based clients (nice to have).
  • Background in events, customer success, or membership communities, with experience improving engagement and retention (nice to have).
