Description

  • Lead welcome and onboarding calls to explain requirements, processes, and expectations.
  • Collect client information and establish podcast details.
  • Review equipment requirements, coordinate technical checks, and troubleshoot basic setup issues.
  • Help clients complete social media setup and account connections.
  • Track onboarding progress, follow up on outstanding tasks, and keep clients on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate client records and onboarding documentation.
  • Confirm all onboarding requirements are complete before each client’s first recording.
  • Coordinate the completed onboarding handoff to the Client Success team.
  • Provide additional client communication and administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, client onboarding, or another client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
  • Confidence leading video calls and explaining technical processes step by step.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and consistently follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Comfort using remote workflow monitoring software.
  • Reliable computer with at least 8GB RAM and high-speed internet that can be tested via Speedtest.net.
  • External webcam, quality headset or microphone, and a professional workspace.
  • Willingness to complete additional assessments as assigned.
  • Marketing or social media experience, podcasting/media production/broadcasting experience, or experience with attorneys or professional-service clients (preferred).
