Description

  • Manage and convert qualified sales leads into closed deals, effectively utilizing leads provided by the company.
  • Handle charter inquiries and design tailored flight solutions to meet client needs and preferences.
  • Guide clients through the entire booking process and provide post-flight follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term/recurring business.
  • Communicate promptly, professionally, and effectively across multiple channels (Slack, WhatsApp, email, and phone).
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to ensure seamless, 24/7 coverage on a rotating schedule.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and handle time-sensitive inquiries and calls as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within high-ticket, luxury, or client-facing environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship-building and client service.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote role, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative.
  • Comfortable with on-call flexibility and managing calls/inquiries on a rotating schedule.
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack and WhatsApp and experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to manage and convert leads into closed sales and support sales tracking and reporting.
  • Full-time availability aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST) work hours.
  • Nice-to-have: knowledge of private aviation or Part 135 operations, familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms (training provided), understanding of cryptocurrency for transactions, and general knowledge of private jet models/specifications.
