Description

  • Manage and convert qualified sales leads into closed charter deals using company-provided leads.
  • Handle incoming charter inquiries and craft tailored flight solutions for clients from inquiry through booking.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Deliver outstanding service across the entire client journey, including post-flight follow-up.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally across multiple channels (Slack, WhatsApp, email, and phone).
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales tracking and reporting efforts.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to ensure seamless, 24/7 coverage on a rotating basis.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and manage calls/inquiries as required by the schedule.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in high-ticket, luxury, or client-facing environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness in a remote role.
  • Comfortable with on-call flexibility and rotating schedules for 24/7 coverage.
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack and WhatsApp.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for record-keeping and reporting.
  • Ability to work full-time on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • Nice-to-have: knowledge of the private aviation industry or Part 135 operations.
  • Nice-to-have: familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms (training provided), understanding of cryptocurrency uses in transactions, and general knowledge of private jet models/specifications.
