Description

  • Execute programmatic advertising campaigns accurately and on time across multiple content management systems and product lines.
  • Work across multiple content management platforms to deploy advertising campaigns for a range of accounts and products.
  • Communicate regularly with internal Client Success Managers and Sales teams to ensure successful campaign deployment.
  • Review and understand contract obligations related to campaign execution and delivery.
  • Monitor campaign changes, including creative, targeting, and delivery updates, and track their impact.
  • Identify anomalies in campaign setup and pacing, then own resolution to protect delivery.
  • Track device health across SSP partners to identify shifts in inventory behavior.
  • Plan proactively for out-of-market dates and other campaign schedule or creative changes.
  • Perform quality checks on campaign setup for both self and other team members.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations, QA, and video tags.
  • Hands-on SSP deal setup experience.
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystems, including RTB, PMP, and deal IDs.
  • Experience with publisher ad tech such as ad servers, SSPs, and OMS.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with BroadSign or similar content management systems is preferred.
  • Experience with advertising agencies or pharmaceutical marketing is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or JIRA is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with multiple teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple brands and product lines.
  • Ability to identify issues and make recommendations for resolution.
