Description

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Precision.
  • Translate product vision into a multi-quarter roadmap with measurable business and customer outcomes.
  • Define and track KPIs across targeting quality, campaign performance, patient engagement, customer adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Lead development of solutions that improve personalization, audience relevance, campaign effectiveness, and performance measurement.
  • Ensure the roadmap reflects market demand, validated customer pain points, and differentiated value.
  • Develop and evolve the business case for new Precision solutions, including market sizing, audience strategy, and partnership models.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to shape the market-facing value proposition for pharmaceutical advertisers.
  • Execute discovery, validation, launch, and scale for new and existing capabilities.
  • Define measurement and experimentation frameworks and resolve data and instrumentation gaps.
  • Support external sales, business development, and customer conversations with product and subject matter expertise.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including senior IC leadership at a director-level scope.
  • Experience scaling products in B2B healthcare technology, digital health, health media, martech/adtech, or other regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare personalization, audience segmentation, contextual targeting, and privacy-safe activation.
  • Experience building products for pharma marketing or advertising, including audience strategy, campaign enablement, measurement, and commercial packaging.
  • Experience leading external customer conversations with senior executives for product discovery, sales support, or implementation consults.
  • Proven success scaling complex, cross-functional, revenue-generating products through rapid customer growth.
  • Strong commercial orientation with experience building business cases, tracking adoption metrics, and improving revenue performance.
  • Ability to define measurement and experimentation frameworks that improve decision-making and learning velocity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed healthcare environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern product operating models and experience maturing best practices.
