Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise implementation engagements from kickoff through go-live and measurable value realization.
  • Develop and manage project plans for EHR integrations, interface builds, data validation, system configuration, training, and go-live monitoring.
  • Establish governance structures, communication cadences, and executive status reporting for large-scale health system implementations.
  • Lead communication with executive and operational stakeholders across customer organizations, EHR partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks across technical, clinical, and operational workstreams.
  • Maintain strong documentation and change management discipline throughout implementation engagements.
  • Resolve issues with urgency while balancing customer experience and internal resource constraints.
  • Track and drive implementation success metrics such as time-to-first-value and user adoption.
  • Drive internal process improvements, playbooks, frameworks, and tools to improve implementation scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management leading enterprise SaaS implementations, preferably in healthcare or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with enterprise implementation governance, risk management, and change management principles.
  • Experience working in growth-stage SaaS, consulting, or professional services environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large health system clients and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience or exposure to EHR integrations such as Epic or Oracle Health/Cerner preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Notion.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% annually.
