Description

  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customer executives, product owners, and stakeholders within a geographic territory.
  • Coordinate, develop, and deliver quarterly business reviews to demonstrate progress, value, and growth potential.
  • Maintain a positive geographic territory net revenue retention and support renewals and amendments in coordination with the sales team.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on the PatientIQ platform and help customers leverage internal resources, best practices, and processes to achieve their goals.
  • Work cross‑functionally with implementations, product, and engineering teams to provide ongoing customer feedback that informs the product roadmap and development strategy.
  • Maintain and regularly update PatientIQ product documentation and internal wikis.
  • Manage Customer Success Analysts for your geography to ensure effective client support.
  • Support PatientIQ sales operations by identifying areas for offering expansion and new customer opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience managing strategic customer accounts in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, health‑tech, or working in the medical industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and regularly communicate progress.
  • Solid technical aptitude for email, calendaring, and working with shared documents; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across internal teams.
  • Ability to travel at least 25% annually.
  • Experience with a CRM and tools for tracking customer communication, knowledge management, or support tickets (nice to have).
  • Experience leveraging AI‑powered tools (e.g., generative AI, analytics, automation, predictive insights) to improve engagement, reporting, or workflows (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with AI‑driven analytics, data visualization, or BI tools used to surface insights from customer data (nice to have).
  • Basic understanding of SQL and interacting with production software databases (nice to have).
