Description

Research, design, and develop artificial intelligence and machine learning models to solve business challenges.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI technologies across the organization.
Collect, prepare, and preprocess data for model training, including cleaning, feature engineering, exploratory analysis, and pipeline development.
Train, validate, and optimize AI models using appropriate algorithms, frameworks, and evaluation metrics.
Mitigate bias and support ethical AI practices in model development and deployment.
Integrate AI solutions into existing systems, applications, and workflows through APIs, microservices, or interfaces.
Monitor deployed models, troubleshoot issues, and make iterative improvements to maintain performance.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
Typically 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience researching, developing, and implementing AI or machine learning solutions.
Experience preparing data for model training and building data pipelines.
Experience training, validating, and optimizing models using algorithms, frameworks, and evaluation metrics.
Experience integrating AI technologies into existing systems and workflows.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work in a hybrid remote-office environment, with onsite locations available in Sioux Falls, SD; Scottsdale, AZ; Louisville, KY; Troy, MI; Franklin, TN; and Easton, PA.

Benefits

Salary range of $86,000 to $145,000.
Eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
