Description

  • Sell PathAI’s AISight Dx digital pathology image management system and algorithm menu to clinical diagnostic laboratories in the U.S.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from target identification and lead generation through contract negotiation and deal execution.
  • Lead customer outreach, product pitches, demos, technical discussions, security approvals, contracting, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and senior leadership to generate leads and follow up on opportunities from conferences, events, and workshops.
  • Use sales frameworks such as BANT-C and MEDDPICC to guide the sales process.
  • Identify risks in the sales pipeline, develop mitigation plans, and update forecasts accordingly.
  • Represent PathAI at industry conferences and events such as USCAP and Executive War College.
  • Build relationships within the pathologist community and the broader digital pathology ecosystem.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Legal/Regulatory, Marketing, Medical, and Strategic Partnerships to support sales and implementation.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and bring market feedback back to internal teams to improve products and processes.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience selling healthcare SaaS products to enterprise customers.
  • Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or another commercial role in a venture-backed health tech startup is preferred.
  • Familiarity selling AI solutions into health systems is preferred.
  • Strong interest in shaping the future of AI-powered clinical diagnostics.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including marketing, commercial, product development, and legal/regulatory.
  • Ability to build opportunities broadly and deeply within a territory and develop multiple champions within each deal.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite and senior leadership at hospitals and laboratories.
  • Comfort working in a scrappy, all-hands-on-deck environment with urgency, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from failures.
  • Hands-on, proactive, independent, and able to operate both tactically and strategically.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Benefits

  • Annual pay range of $141,000 to $216,200.
  • Eligible for on-target commission and annual bonus targets.
  • Eligible for restricted stock units (RSUs) through PathAI’s equity plan.
  • Remote-friendly role (#LI-Remote).
