Description

  • Partner with PMO leadership and technical experts to deliver complex product development programs.
  • Create project plans and lead cross-functional team meetings.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, reporting, risks, actions, and documentation.
  • Coordinate issue resolution, drive decisions, and maintain meeting minutes and decision logs.
  • Manage multiple medium-to-large projects independently from planning through delivery.
  • Collect and consolidate project updates and communicate concise status reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and recommend improved organizational processes focused on efficiency and delivery.
  • Build collaboration and accountability across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, biomedical engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Foundation in project management, including risk tracking, budget governance, timeline scheduling, and project management software.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives from planning through issue resolution and delivery.
  • Experience developing internal and external partnerships and fostering effective team dynamics.
  • 3+ years of industry experience in a project management role (preferred).
  • Background in life sciences, software, medical devices, and/or product development (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple changing priorities and complete work accurately and on time.

Benefits

  • Expected salary range of $116,250–$178,250 based on the Boston, MA location.
  • Position available in Boston, MA; Indianapolis, IN; Santa Clara, CA; or Pleasanton, CA.
