Description

  • Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and internal and external contacts throughout campaign lifecycles.
  • Reserve advertising inventory and flag double-bookings or delivery risks to stakeholders.
  • Launch and update campaigns according to contracted flight dates.
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc campaign reporting.
  • Conduct quality-control checks on client assets for compliance with media specifications and guidelines.
  • Provide screenshots and sales collateral upon request.
  • Partner with Account Management to optimize campaign performance.
  • Support Sales, Account Management, and the Senior Director of Ad Ops before and after sales.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and communicate progress through resolution.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in trafficking, ad operations, or digital media.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and mine data.
  • Working to intermediate proficiency with Google Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager 360, or another ad server.
  • Knowledge of ad-serving concepts, including inventory, taxonomy, competitive separation, prioritization, optimization, dayparting, macros, and viewability.
  • Familiarity with third-party tags and reporting platforms such as DCM, Flashtalking, and Moat.
  • Understanding of media metrics and calculations, including CPM, eCPM, CTR, VCR, RPM, and in-view rate.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Numbers, and/or Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with IAB/MRC guidelines.
  • Experience with Chrome Developer Tools, Charles, Firebug, or force console; programmatic advertising, header bidding, HTML, and JavaScript are preferred.
