Description

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations that communicate technical capabilities and business value.
  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Assess customer security challenges, technical requirements, and existing infrastructure to propose tailored solutions.
  • Design, deploy, and manage proof-of-concepts and evaluations to demonstrate solution effectiveness.
  • Assist in creating technical documentation, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Deliver health checks and workshops for existing customers to retain and expand their footprint.
  • Work with product management and engineering to relay customer feedback and market trends.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote solutions and generate leads.
  • Own and maintain the technical relationship with partners in the assigned territory.
  • Provide technical training and support to sales team members and partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, security consulting, or a similar cybersecurity role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols, network security concepts, and security architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of threat detection methodologies, incident response processes, and common attack vectors.
  • Experience with threat detection and response solutions such as SIEM, NDR, EDR, UEBA, and SOAR.
  • Proven ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
  • Proven track record of supporting successful sales cycles and achieving sales targets.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or SANS are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Linux CLI and basic scripting or programming skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and attend industry events.
  • Team-player mindset with a collaborative attitude and willingness to share knowledge and inspire others.
