Description

  • Build and manage UAT test plans based on implementation scope, requirements, configuration, and business workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into clear test scenarios and expected outcomes.
  • Work directly with customers on their UAT testing needs.
  • Lead offshore QA resources by assigning priorities, reviewing execution, and validating test evidence.
  • Validate end-to-end implementation workflows, integrations, configuration, permissions, client-specific scenarios, and data setup.
  • Manage defect intake, triage, prioritization, retesting, and closure.
  • Communicate UAT status, open risks, blockers, and go-live readiness to project leadership.
  • Support production validation, post-release smoke testing, and lessons learned after implementation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software QA experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Lead, UAT Lead, Implementation QA Lead, or Senior QA Analyst.
  • Experience overseeing or coordinating offshore QA teams.
  • Strong enterprise software and business workflow testing experience.
  • Strong defect management, triage, and risk communication skills.
  • Experience working with customers on UAT testing needs.
  • Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, qTest, TestRail, or similar.
  • Mortgage, fintech, LOS, compliance, document, integration, or configuration testing experience is a strong plus.
