Description

  • Lead the Advisory, Delivery, and Support workstreams across a 30–40-person distributed organization.
  • Establish shared operating standards, handoff protocols, reporting cadence, and governance across workstreams.
  • Set quality standards for solution architecture, design artifacts, engineering delivery, and QA.
  • Manage shared engineering and advisory capacity, including intake, prioritization, staffing, and rebalancing.
  • Own support SLAs, regional coverage models, on-call structures, upgrades, and technical reviews.
  • Partner with Project Managers on scope, timelines, staffing, and quality gates.
  • Build reference architectures, reusable artifacts, mentoring programs, and knowledge-transfer offerings.
  • Develop metrics and reporting for capacity, utilization, backlog health, velocity, escalations, and delivery risk.
  • Partner with Enablement to create hiring, onboarding, ramp, and ongoing development programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Enablement, and SI/GSI partners while reporting workstream health to PS leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical delivery, professional services, or engineering leadership.
  • Experience in enterprise software, industrial software, or MES/manufacturing operations platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multiple technical functions, such as advisory, engineering delivery, and technical support.
  • Experience managing distributed international teams; US/Europe and Spain experience is preferred.
  • Track record of building or scaling technical delivery organizations during periods of growth.
  • Strong experience with capacity planning, utilization management, SLAs, escalations, and delivery metrics.
  • Ability to operate strategically in organizational design and executive reporting while contributing credibly to architecture discussions.
  • Experience working with System Integrator and Global System Integrator partner ecosystems.
  • Direct experience with MES, MOM, or industrial automation platforms such as TrakSYS is preferred.
