Description

  • Prospect and engage real estate investors through high-volume outbound outreach (100+ calls daily) to build and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Act as a consultative advisor educating clients on Park Place Finance’s lending solutions for fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, and DSCR loans.
  • Qualify borrowers by gathering financials, property details, and business plans and analyze deal strength and risk for alignment with underwriting criteria.
  • Structure loans using company-provided sizing tools in accordance with internal guidelines to expedite closings.
  • Convert inbound leads and promptly respond to internal and external inquiries, submitting 1–2 qualified loan deals into processing each week.
  • Own and manage the full sales pipeline from origination to close, proactively following up to avoid delays and maximize conversion.
  • Communicate deal specifics, timelines, and borrower expectations to loan processors, underwriters, and operations to ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on process improvements that support speed, scalability, and service excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in real estate, lending, or financial services.
  • Minimum of 1 year of consultative/inside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing 5+ loans per month for residential investments.
  • Strong computer skills and tech savviness with CRM platforms in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and ability to build trust with clients.
  • High level of perseverance, resilience, and a strong work ethic with the ability to think critically and propose solutions.
  • Preferred: History of consistently closing $2M+ in monthly loan volume in residential transitional lending (RTL).
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filters, data organization) and experience in a lead-generated, consultative sales environment within real estate finance or mortgage lending.
