Description

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Create reusable test utilities and scalable automation frameworks.
  • Automate validation of complex data flows involving JSON, Excel, and S3.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA leads to identify, reproduce, and resolve Salesforce Lightning issues.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for regression testing.
  • Contribute to test planning, strategy, and documentation in Jira.
  • Work with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to validate complex business processes.
  • Define and track automation metrics such as coverage, execution time, and defect leakage rate.
  • Partner with DevOps and Analytics teams to improve quality gates in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Extend test coverage to backend data quality checks using SQL or Athena for AWS/S3 data validation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce testing or willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of AWS services such as S3 and Lambda.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate asynchronously.
  • Ability to understand system interactions across APIs, data pipelines, and user interfaces.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions (preferred).
  • SQL knowledge for data validation (preferred).
  • Exposure to Jira, Agile/Scrum workflows, or test management tools (preferred).
  • Understanding of API testing (preferred).
  • Exposure to Salesforce test automation frameworks such as Provar or Selenium WebDriver for Lightning (preferred).
  • Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools such as Datadog or CloudWatch (preferred).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
