Description

  • Provide sales leadership and technical support throughout the sales process.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to MNO technical managers.
  • Document complete solution architectures, including RAN and related components, using diagrams and descriptions.
  • Monitor industry technology trends through self-study and formal training.
  • Act as the regional subject matter expert for product offerings and market trends.
  • Communicate customer requirements to internal teams responsible for development, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Develop technical sales materials for customer engagement.
  • Support sales and marketing targets regionally and globally.
  • Maintain relationships with key technical stakeholders and build new relationships with existing and prospective MNOs.

Requirements

  • At least 10+ years of professional experience in solution sales engineering working with MNOs.
  • Deep understanding of Radio Access Network, OSS, and Core across 2G, 4G, and 5G.
  • Extensive knowledge of the MNO environment and cellular networks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and proposal writing for technical executives.
  • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple activities at once.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 30% within the region.
  • Track record of working in solution sales engineering roles.
  • Experience engaging with technical executives is required.
  • Preferred familiarity with Open RAN and sustainable network solutions.
