Description

  • Provide technical support to the sales process and help sales leadership advance opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader to mobile network operator technical managers.
  • Document complete solution architectures, including RAN and related components, using diagrams and descriptions.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert on the company’s product offering and industry trends.
  • Communicate customer requirements to internal development, implementation, and support teams.
  • Develop technical sales materials for customer engagement.
  • Support sales and marketing targets across the region and globally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders and build new relationships with existing and prospective MNOs.
  • Track industry technology trends through self-study and formal training.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in solution sales engineering working with mobile network operators.
  • Deep understanding of Radio Access Network, OSS, and Core across 2G, 4G, and 5G.
  • Extensive knowledge of the mobile network operator environment and cellular networks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and proposal writing for technical executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple activities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently across numerous initiatives.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to meet clients in the region, up to 30%.
  • Experience with technical stakeholder engagement and client relationship management is required.
  • Relevant background in sales engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role is preferred.
