Description

  • Lead end-to-end analyses on ambiguous, high-stakes business questions from problem framing through recommendation and impact measurement.
  • Design dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable stakeholders to answer routine questions independently.
  • Set the standard for analytical rigor, methodology, and documentation by reviewing and improving others’ work.
  • Apply statistical methods, experimentation design, and causal inference to strengthen conclusions.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities where data can improve efficiency, growth, and outcomes.
  • Work closely with analytics engineers on data modeling and warehouse-layer design.
  • Turn recurring analytical needs into durable data models instead of one-off queries.
  • Maintain canonical definitions and resolve discrepancies across reports and metrics.
  • Mentor analysts on technique, business judgment, and communication.
  • Translate findings into clear, concise language for technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a comparable analytical role.
  • 2+ years operating at a senior analyst level owning complex projects end-to-end.
  • Experience supporting multiple business functions from a central analytics team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Expert-level SQL and strong Python for statistical work.
  • Advanced experience with Looker or a comparable BI tool, including LookML, dashboard design, and semantic layer thinking.
  • Working knowledge of experimentation design and causal inference.
  • Comfort collaborating with analytics engineers on data modeling and warehouse design.
  • Nice to have: exposure to revenue and go-to-market data, including pipeline, forecasting, funnel, retention, and CRM.
  • Comfort working with data adjacent to patient and healthcare information, with sound judgment for handling sensitive information.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no employer visa sponsorship is available.
