Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 30-40 small- to medium-sized school district clients across multiple Panorama products and services.
  • Translate district goals and priorities into actionable project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Advise clients on implementation and adoption best practices, including options and trade-offs when challenges arise.
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing delivery projects across the full client lifecycle, from initial setup through sustained use.
  • Lead project calls, track milestones, and manage progress across competing priorities.
  • Verify data readiness and platform accuracy, including file receipt, header checks, data validation, and pre-launch QA.
  • Oversee rollover processes and manage change requests after rollover completion.
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Support, Survey Operations, Integration, Technical Support, Product, and Account Managers to unblock issues and resolve tickets.
  • Educate clients on platform functionality, new enhancements, and feature use cases to support long-term adoption.
  • Track enhancement requests and align technical or product questions to the appropriate internal teams.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience managing multi-stakeholder projects within a client portfolio, ideally in SaaS, education, or a related consultative environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to turn strategy into executable plans.
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining client relationships and managing expectations.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts, data structures, and system configurations with accuracy and clarity.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver results.
  • High organization, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Product fluency and curiosity, with the ability to learn and explain how platform features support client goals.
  • Experience with school districts, government agencies, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
  • Understanding of state legislation and its implications for advising clients is preferred.
