Description

  • Review, redline, and negotiate customer, vendor, and partner agreements.
  • Manage the legal department’s intake queue in Salesforce and triage inquiries.
  • Use and improve contract management and automation software to streamline legal review.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Executive leadership, and Information Security on compliance approvals.
  • Audit the legal case queue and contract data to identify process bottlenecks.
  • Own the intake, initial triage, and standard redlining of customer NDAs and vendor agreements.
  • Implement playbooks and workflow improvements to reduce contract cycle times.
  • Transition routine contract reviews away from executive leadership.
  • Build a highly automated commercial contract framework that scales with Panopto’s growth.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and negotiating commercial legal agreements, including customer software agreements, vendor contracts, and partner frameworks.
  • Experience working in Salesforce and contract management lifecycle (CLM) platforms.
  • Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail, and ability to execute deliberate follow-through.
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills across sales, finance, and external client teams.
  • A proven history of using legal automation tools to reduce standard deal cycle times.
  • Formal legal education such as a J.D., LL.M., or a bachelor’s degree with robust corporate paralegal credentials.
  • Ability to work effectively in a corporate ecosystem and balance legal accuracy with practical business execution.
  • Experience in a remote-first or flexible work environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to make regular trips to a local international office, where applicable.
