Description

Design host acquisition pages, flows, and experiments that convert property owners into successful hosts.
Own and simplify onboarding workflows, including property setup, pricing configuration, and listing preparation.
Make complex topics such as compliance, property rules, and earnings feel clear, warm, and approachable.
Conduct user research by interviewing and observing hosts to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities.
Run landing page tests, funnel optimizations, and A/B experiments with growth and product partners.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers, and data analysts to deliver cohesive solutions.
Create polished, responsive UI in Figma using thoughtful components and interaction patterns.
Design and prototype AI-infused workflows and AI-powered features with ML/AI teams.

Requirements

4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in complex acquisition funnels or marketplace environments.
Strong user research skills and comfort speaking directly with users to uncover pain points and opportunities.
Ability to connect design decisions to metrics, revenue, and real estate economics such as rent, ROI, and occupancy.
Experience designing multi-step processes, complex service environments, and edge-case-heavy workflows.
Expertise in Figma and interaction design across web and mobile, with strong systems thinking and component reuse.
Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative insights.
Demonstrated experience designing AI-powered features and using modern AI tools in design practice.
A humble, kind, curious, and mission-driven approach that supports strong collaboration.
Authorized to work in the United States and able to complete I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
Preferred: experience in real estate, marketplace, or growth-focused product design environments.

Benefits

Fully remote position.
$120,000 - $130,000 annual salary.
