Description

  • Execute daily operations across paid search, paid social, paid mobile, and partner listings.
  • Monitor budget pacing, adjust spend, and make bid changes to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Build new campaigns, ad sets, and ads from briefs, including targeting, placements, bidding, and tracking setup.
  • Run A/B tests, upload creatives, swap underperforming assets, and maintain clear test documentation.
  • Pull performance reports, maintain recurring dashboards, and translate results into actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and UGC creators to request, organize, traffic, and adapt ad assets.
  • Maintain product feeds, listing feeds, audience lists, naming conventions, and account organization.
  • Run pre-launch QA checks on landing pages, tracking links, conversion events, and live ads.
  • Partner with product and growth teams to inform landing page and conversion flow improvements.
  • Leverage automation and AI tools to improve campaign efficiency and reduce manual overhead.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns with direct-response KPIs.
  • Proven experience optimizing for efficient user acquisition, budget pacing, and lower CAC.
  • Deep in-platform experience with paid search, including Google and Performance Max.
  • Deep experience with paid social platforms such as Meta and TikTok, plus remarketing.
  • Paid mobile experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills with the ability to keep clean records and readable performance reports.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Rockerbox, or comparable analytics and attribution tools.
  • Experience executing and managing A/B tests.
  • Comfort managing, trafficking, and adapting creative and UGC assets without producing them yourself.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail for QA of UTMs, pixels, URLs, and budget settings.
  • Proactive ownership mindset and strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing automations, such as Meta/Google MCP servers, Claude-based skills, or agentic workflows, is a bonus.
  • This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in South America.
