Description

  • Develop, maintain, and improve React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
  • Build and enhance React.js features when frontend support is needed.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to deliver new customer experiences.
  • Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance across platforms.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
  • Build and maintain automated tests to reduce regressions and improve confidence.
  • Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
  • Own technical challenges while balancing speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

  • Significant experience building and shipping production React Native applications for iOS and Android.
  • Strong experience developing modern React.js applications using current frontend best practices.
  • Experience consuming REST APIs and collaborating with backend engineering teams.
  • Working knowledge of Django/Python environments and frontend-backend interaction.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Experience implementing automated testing strategies for React Native and React applications.
  • Comfortable working in collaborative Git-based environments with pull requests and code reviews.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality work with minimal direction.
