Description

  • Participate in prospective and existing client meetings to understand data requirements and recommend appropriate Oxylabs solutions.
  • Own the technical relationship with the company’s most strategic and largest prospective clients.
  • Design integration workflows to embed Oxylabs solutions into clients’ systems and operational environments.
  • Lead requirements discovery, solution presentations, Proof of Concept (PoC) builds, and client workshops.
  • Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to demonstrate solutions and drive adoption.
  • Apply web scraping and anti-bot bypass knowledge to advise on architecture, session management, CAPTCHA handling, and rotation policies.
  • Respond to advanced product/technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide technical onboarding guidance to ensure customers quickly and successfully adopt Oxylabs products.
  • Document technical considerations and contribute to internal knowledge bases to support teams, customers, and partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to provide technical input, curate product feedback, train sales, and create customer-facing technical content.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar role.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Eligible to travel to Europe, Mainland China, and the APAC region.
  • Proven track record collaborating with technical stakeholders (product owners, software engineers, CTOs) and troubleshooting customer problems.
  • Proven experience operating within China’s internet environment and handling Great Firewall constraints.
  • Strong networking foundation, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/MTLS, proxies (HTTP/SOCKS), load balancing, NAT, and VPN.
  • Strong data background covering APIs, data pipelines, data quality/validation, normalization, and monitoring for data flows.
  • Familiarity with digital-native architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns) and hands-on debugging across layers.
  • Practical cloud experience with at least one global cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and one China cloud (Alibaba/Tencent/Huawei/Byteplus).
  • Nice-to-have: Kubernetes/containers, Terraform, CI/CD basics, scripting for integrations (Python/Go/JS), certifications (CCNP/CCIE, Alibaba/AWS/Azure Associate/Professional, CKA/CKAD, CISSP/CCSP), and domain exposure (AI, e-commerce, fintech, adtech, travel, marketplace data in China).
