Description

  • Engage with clients via email, online meetings, and scheduled calls to discuss needs, challenges, updates, and new features.
  • Attend meetings with key client stakeholders, including engineers, product owners, and vendor managers, to maintain strong relationships.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and resolve client support tickets, escalating and collaborating with the customer success team when necessary.
  • Regularly review and analyze client product/service usage to identify patterns, optimization opportunities, and upsell/cross-sell potential.
  • Keep the CRM updated with client information, interactions, account plans, and meeting outcomes.
  • Review and verify invoices and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Collaborate with the enterprise sales team to research, develop proposals, and close new business within the existing client base.
  • Collect and distill customer feedback to act as the voice of the customer and advocate for client needs across internal teams.
  • Negotiate and execute contract renewals, document agreements, and proactively manage attrition risk with targeted retention plans.

Requirements

  • Over 7 years of experience managing and upselling to strategic and enterprise B2B accounts in the technology sector.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering; MBA (preferably from a tier-1 B-school such as IIM, ISB, FMS, MDI, SPJIMR) is a plus.
  • Eligible to travel to Europe and within India.
  • Strong technical acumen with a passion for understanding product technology and collaborating with technical personas (product owners, software engineers, CTOs).
  • Proven experience serving clients across industries including Marketing & Advertising, Travel & Hospitality, Ecommerce, Cybersecurity, and Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior-level and C-suite executives with empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation, objection handling, presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi.
