Description

  • Drive customer retention by uncovering root causes of churn and recommending actionable interventions across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to grow customer sales by informing the product roadmap and improving front-line team processes.
  • Improve the customer experience by finding gaps that cause frustration or missed sales and closing them with data products, tools, or process changes.
  • Own analytics and engagement strategy for Customer Success and Customer Support.
  • Design and ship data products and automated workflows that let teams act on data without waiting for ad hoc analysis.
  • Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects based on changing business priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Launch, Enablement, RevOps, and Customer Success.
  • Partner with Analytics Engineers on data modeling, data quality, and tooling.
  • Support strategic decision-making for the Customer Success function.
  • Work directly with senior and executive leadership through high-visibility projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or operations, such as management consulting, startup analytics, or a hybrid background.
  • Strong numerical skills, with additional technical background or education strongly preferred.
  • SQL and Python skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience building dashboards, tools, or processes rather than only presenting decks.
  • Ability to dig into root causes and deeply understand complex problems.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity without a predefined playbook.
  • Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth startups preferred.
  • Restaurant industry experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with DBT and Snowflake is beneficial.
