Description

  • Welcome newly signed restaurant partners to the Owner platform and guide them through onboarding.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners at different stages of the onboarding journey.
  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound emails, calls, and SMS messages.
  • Collect required assets and information needed for launch.
  • Coordinate internally across multiple teams to keep onboarding moving forward.
  • Set clear expectations with partners ahead of launch.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the Restaurant Success Manager.
  • Advocate for restaurant owners and coach them on online ordering best practices.
  • Support internal process improvements and onboarding initiatives.
  • Provide product feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape the platform.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously across different stages of onboarding.
  • Strong English fluency, including reading, writing, and verbal communication; C1/C2 preferred.
  • A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Solutions-oriented approach with the ability to identify issues and take ownership.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent change.
  • 1+ year of experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
  • Experience using Salesforce to log activity is implied by the role.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
