Description

  • Plan and execute procurement of finished goods to support steady production flow.
  • Work with suppliers to confirm production and shipping schedules.
  • Maintain and update lead times and purchasing data in the MRP system.
  • Monitor open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and manage non-inventory POs as needed.
  • Maintain inventory levels at planned targets to balance availability and working capital goals.
  • Analyze ERP data in Adaptive and NetSuite to determine effective replenishment methods.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Track and resolve critical material shortages by coordinating with suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and initiate corrective actions when standards are not met.
  • Drive CPFR efforts and support warehousing and logistics to ensure timely customer delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Professional certifications such as APICS or CPIM are a major plus.
  • High proficiency with ERP systems, especially NetSuite.
  • Strong skills in Excel and the full Microsoft Suite.
  • Knowledge of Workday Adaptive is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking approach.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
