Description

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Develop campaign briefs that align channel owners, creative teams, and external partners around shared goals and messaging.
  • Own the marketing calendar to coordinate launches, promotions, and evergreen programs.
  • Manage the photoshoot calendar and budget in coordination with merchandising and marketing timelines.
  • Partner with merchandising and operations teams to inform product drop timing and positioning.
  • Establish KPIs, analyze cross-channel campaign performance, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Manage marketing deliverables for brand partnerships, including co-branded campaigns, cross-promotional emails, social placements, and photoshoot inclusions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner marketing teams and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Own and maintain the marketing project management system in Asana, including templates, workflows, and processes.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across email, SMS, paid, social, and ecommerce channels.
  • Run weekly creative and project reviews to surface risks early and adjust plans as needed.
  • Translate go-to-market strategies into actionable deliverables for marketing, merchandising, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Provide strategic direction for email and SMS programming within the broader campaign calendar.
  • Oversee a channel specialist responsible for send schedules, segmentation, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of marketing experience, including 2-3 years in an integrated or campaign-focused role within a fashion, luxury, or lifestyle ecommerce brand.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns with cohesive brand experiences and measurable results.
  • Experience managing marketing deliverables for brand or retail partnerships.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to bring order to complex, cross-functional work.
  • Proficiency with Asana or a comparable project management tool.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize cross-channel data into clear performance narratives.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative senior presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong brand instincts and understanding of luxury or lifestyle customer behavior and storytelling.
  • Hands-on email/SMS platform experience, such as Klaviyo, is a plus but not required.
