Description

  • Process new hires by launching background checks, sending onboarding communications, and managing paperwork through UKG.
  • Maintain the New Hire Status Document and coordinate hiring progress updates and clearances with internal teams.
  • Upload, track, and maintain employee records and documents in HRIS, including HIPAA forms, background checks, doctors’ notes, and employment records.
  • Support employee status changes such as transfers, job changes, and terminations across HR systems.
  • Assist employees with HRIS access issues, including account unlocks and password resets.
  • Administer offboarding by preparing checklists, processing terminations across systems, and coordinating return of company property and badges.
  • Support benefits administration by sending benefits communications, assisting with enrollment, and updating benefit deductions in payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Conduct HR and compliance audits across HR, benefits, communication, and operational systems.
  • Assist payroll processing by maintaining tracking documents and entering or verifying bonuses, referral bonuses, jury duty pay, and bereavement pay in UKG.
  • Participate in HR team meetings, maintain internal documentation and the HR intranet, and support HR projects and process improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, payroll, or HR/payroll administration.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, with UKG preferred but not required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, or payroll processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR recordkeeping and system audits is preferred.
  • Availability to work on an EST schedule from the Philippines.
