Description

  • Act as the primary communication bridge between the owner and office staff by relaying information and keeping everyone informed.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure work is completed within set timelines.
  • Organize and maintain communication channels, documentation, and task tracking systems.
  • Coordinate daily workflow and support administrative processes.
  • Assist with client and customer communications as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Support the team in adapting to changing business needs and priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience in a coordination, administrative support, or customer service role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience handling frequent client or customer communications in a support capacity.
  • English proficiency at C1 level for professional written and spoken communication.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of residence.
  • Ability to overlap working hours with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, a headset suitable for frequent calls, a quiet workspace, and backup power for remote work.
  • Familiarity supporting construction-industry clients or construction business operations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with roofing, construction, or home service industries (preferred).
  • Experience using project management, CRM, or scheduling software (preferred).
  • Experience working in a remote environment (preferred).
