Description

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing title insurance policies, building loan continuations, and related documents.
  • Conduct title searches and prepare title abstracts to verify property ownership.
  • Review surveys and perform survey readings.
  • Prepare and review closing packages.
  • Ensure compliance with New York State title insurance regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the title process.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve title-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in title insurance or title search work.
  • Hands-on experience conducting real estate title searches and preparing title abstracts.
  • Knowledge of New York State title insurance laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Asana.
  • Experience using title insurance software.
  • Advanced English proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher, verbal and written).
  • Experience with TrackerPro title insurance software is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
