Description

  • Serve as a trusted digital assistant by completing everyday online tasks on behalf of customers.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to customers who cannot use websites, apps, or online forms on their own.
  • Build customer confidence by patiently explaining processes to non-technical users.
  • Maintain professionalism, privacy, and discretion when handling sensitive personal or financial information.
  • Deliver customer support through voice/phone and written channels such as chat and email.
  • De-escalate conflicts and resolve customer issues with empathy and clarity.
  • Multitask efficiently while conversing with customers and completing digital tasks.
  • Support customers with low digital literacy and guide them through structured interactions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service, call center, or customer support experience.
  • Strong digital proficiency navigating websites, apps, online portals, and online forms.
  • Experience handling sensitive personal or financial information with privacy and discretion in a customer support setting.
  • Experience providing customer support through both voice/phone and written channels such as chat and/or email.
  • C1-level English proficiency.
  • Ability to provide a brief English voice note introduction.
  • Ability to work as an independent contractor.
  • Ability to provide details of work equipment, backup power setup, and internet connection/speed, including backups.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting customers with low digital literacy, such as elderly or digitally inexperienced users.
  • Preferred: Experience using a structured, step-by-step approach to customer interactions and purposeful call flow.
  • Hours: Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM EST.
