Description

  • Source and attract global work-from-home candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Advertise open roles and respond to candidate inquiries across email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and confirm interviews, including reminders and post-interview follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support job posting creation and distribution across recruitment platforms.
  • Assist with background checks, reference checks, and onboarding documentation.
  • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely follow-ups and next steps.
  • Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment and HR team as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience screening resumes and conducting interviews.
  • Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews as part of a hiring process.
  • Experience as a generalist recruiter hiring across multiple role types and industries.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate records and pipelines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • English proficiency at C1 level, both written and verbal.
  • Availability to work during Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
  • Experience using Workable ATS (preferred).
  • Experience handling candidate communications across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook (preferred).
