Description

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable software systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and promote engineering excellence.
  • Contribute to software architecture and make decisions that improve performance and maintainability.
  • Identify technical challenges and bottlenecks and develop effective solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain standards and improve code quality.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver reliable systems.

Requirements

  • 5–9 years of backend software development experience.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing and building complex software systems.
  • Proficiency in Golang or a similar programming language.
  • Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
  • Knowledge of modern software development tools and technologies is preferred.
