Description

  • Lead portfolio positioning and messaging for Outreach’s product suite, including value proposition, differentiation, benefits, and use cases.
  • Work cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations on marketing and sales strategies that drive awareness, pipeline, deal acceleration, and adoption.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of three while creating an execution-focused work environment.
  • Drive go-to-market messaging, product launch content, and competitive positioning for the portfolio.
  • Engage customers, prospects, and sales teams to refine portfolio point of view and messaging.
  • Support event presentations, sales kickoff content, Outreach Unleash presentation content management, and partner-facing messaging.
  • Develop campaign strategy and create supporting content such as blog posts, web pages, keynote presentations, customer stories, and white papers.
  • Build sales playbooks, persona content, portfolio sales assets, and tools that help enterprise GTM teams and buyers.
  • Partner with Enablement, Product, Product Marketing leaders, and Partners to strengthen field enablement strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, design, engineering, support, success, marketing, RevOps, and partners to translate offerings into marketable solutions.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing as a product marketer for SaaS technology.
  • 3 years of leadership experience managing 2 or more team members.
  • Experience marketing to or working in enterprise businesses is required.
  • Strong understanding of AI in SaaS technology, including vernacular and market landscape.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating positioning and marketing content for a portfolio of products.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-discipline teams with influence to drive measurable business results.
  • Ability to use data-driven, fact-based insights to shape strategic plans and decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience creating customer- and partner-facing materials.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Experience in sales or product management is a plus.

  • Base salary range of $180,000-$220,000 per year.
