Description

  • Work directly with GTM leadership on strategic initiatives that use data analytics and artificial intelligence.
  • Build scalable analytical frameworks that combine traditional business intelligence with generative AI capabilities.
  • Clean, structure, and analyze internal datasets to uncover patterns and support automated reporting.
  • Help optimize BI dashboards and explore natural language query functionality for internal users.
  • Design and test prototype workflows that generate executive data summaries and anomaly detection outputs.
  • Audit and document data flows across business units and identify opportunities to replace manual preparation with automation.
  • Develop blueprints, dashboards, and documentation that continue to provide value after the internship ends.
  • Create executive-ready briefs and strategic recommendations based on data findings.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MBA, Master’s in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Strategy, or a similar graduate business degree.
  • High AI literacy and curiosity, with experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for data-related tasks.
  • Prior experience or coursework with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, including the ability to read, understand, and write basic queries.
  • Comfort working with messy datasets, operational metrics, and translating raw data into executive-ready stories.
  • Strong systems thinking and understanding of how data flows between enterprise systems such as CRM, data warehouses, and BI tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to structure ambiguous problems independently.
  • Basic understanding of Python for data manipulation with Pandas, preferred.
  • Familiarity with no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n, preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, GTM, or financial metrics such as LTV, CAC, churn, and pipeline velocity, preferred.
