Description

  • Develop and close new business and expand Ottimate’s footprint within the hospitality (hotel) vertical.
  • Acquire new customers and present how Ottimate’s fintech solution impacts finance organizations, targeting CFOs and finance leaders.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation, focusing on Mid-Market and semi-transactional deals.
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and online product demonstrations.
  • Create, negotiate, and close proposals and contracts.
  • Own monthly and quarterly quotas with proactive deal management, accurate forecasting, and monitoring of sales metrics.
  • Drive adoption and usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with pre/post-sales teams and the broader Ottimate partner ecosystem.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce and leverage data insights to improve forecast accuracy and sales strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Provide customer feedback to the product team, ensure customer satisfaction by managing and resolving issues, and train/mentor SDRs and Associate AEs.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in an Account Executive or similar sales role, particularly selling SaaS products to hotels.
  • Additional experience selling SaaS/Fintech products to finance leaders or CFOs is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas (e.g., top 10–20% or President’s Club status).
  • Previous experience managing a Mid-Market, semi-transactional sales cycle.
  • Ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.
  • Strong ability to develop and deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations via online platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop and negotiate proposals and contracts.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales automation tools, and strong analytical skills for accurate forecasting.
  • Ability to travel roughly 10–20% for industry events and conferences; eager to learn, quick to adapt, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced growth-stage environment.
