Description

  • Develop and close new business while expanding Ottimate’s footprint in the healthcare vertical.
  • Acquire new customers and present the solution’s impact to CFOs and finance leaders.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation efforts.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through proactive deal management and accurate forecasting.
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and online demos.
  • Create, negotiate, and close proposals and contracts.
  • Drive customer adoption and usage in collaboration with internal teams and the broader Ottimate partner ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with pre- and post-sales resources (SDRs, Account Managers, HR, Executive Leadership) and train/mentor SDRs and Associate AEs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify improvement opportunities, maintain detailed records in Salesforce, and manage/resolving customer issues.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking to build brand awareness and generate leads, and provide product feedback based on customer insights.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in an Account Executive or similar sales role, particularly selling SaaS products to healthcare.
  • Additional experience selling SaaS/Fintech products to finance leaders or CFOs is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas (e.g., top 10-20% performers or President’s Club status).
  • Experience managing a Mid-Market semi-transactional sales cycle.
  • Ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.
  • Strong ability to develop and deliver customized online presentations and product demonstrations, and to develop/ negotiate proposals and contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievements.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales automation tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10–20% for industry events, conferences, and networking.
