Description

  • Act as subject-matter expert for initial contract configuration, amendment configuration, and tax ID maintenance.
  • Support, manage, and escalate complex contracting configurations and issues that cannot be resolved using conventional workflows.
  • Manage queue work and assigned caseload using dashboards and reporting to meet SLAs.
  • Track, trend, and report provider contracting issues and aging inventory to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to stakeholders across Oscar to improve feedback loops and drive resolution of member/provider issues.
  • Audit and update workflows and documentation in the knowledge management system.
  • Create, facilitate, and deliver training and content knowledge to production teams with guidance from Team Leads.
  • Collaborate daily with production and cross-functional leaders on systemic issues and communicate blockers to care and satisfaction, and support production representatives through multiple communication venues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of provider contracting configuration experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, volume-based environment.
  • 2+ years of strong quantitative or analytical experience focused on proactively identifying or solving problems.
  • 2+ years of strong technical skills with Microsoft programs.
  • Computer literacy with CRM, knowledge management tools, ticketing systems, and reporting tools (Google Suite/Microsoft Office) (preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar operations certifications (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred); high school diploma or GED listed as acceptable.
  • Experience providing project oversight (preferred).
  • Healthcare and/or SaaS experience (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills (preferred).
