Description

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Oscar’s processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Work with members, brokers, providers, and Oscar vendors across multiple communication channels.
  • Manage an assigned caseload while meeting service, productivity, and quality expectations.
  • Build working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Identify issues and support the leadership team through established escalation paths.
  • Monitor and track the status of work-in-progress issues.
  • Escalate and resolve issues to meet appropriate turnaround times.
  • Participate in process improvement projects.
  • Comply with operational, regulatory, and compliance standards related to member PHI.
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Full professional bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting.
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong quantitative or analytical skills for identifying or solving problems (preferred).
  • Experience entering and manipulating accurate data (preferred).
  • Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office skills (preferred).
  • Must reside in Texas and be able to work remotely.
  • Availability for full-time Monday through Friday shifts.
  • Willingness to complete occasional travel for team meetings and company events.

  • $19.00 per hour base pay.
  • Additional $1.00 per hour after successful completion of the bilingual assessment.
