Description

  • Assist with investigator recruitment and site feasibility activities using study tools, questionnaires, and site materials.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings and coordinate study communications as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute Investigator Site Files and coordinate with shipping vendors when required.
  • Collect, review, maintain, and close out essential documents and site-level records in the TMF.
  • Set up and maintain site-related data in clinical systems, including CTMS tracking of milestones and activities.
  • Serve as the site contact for study management issues, including questions, supply needs, and escalation of risks.
  • Ensure timely and complete site data entry in EDC and other required systems.
  • Send study updates, newsletters, and core documents to site personnel.
  • Support sample management, investigational product accountability, and trial supply tracking where applicable.
  • Assist with local submissions, informed consent template review, database closure activities, and investigator payment follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, ideally in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Serbian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Working knowledge of the drug development process.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience in clinical research or related work is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote work environment is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
