Description

  • Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects.
  • Create project plans, engage stakeholders, and manage cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration.
  • Mitigate edge cases and support on-time completion of initiatives.
  • Evaluate departmental performance by creating, gathering, and analyzing data and metrics.
  • Support development of departmental metrics and mitigation strategies.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop proactive implementation, communications, and program strategies.
  • Support change management and risk mitigation initiatives across relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Review plan documents and technical requirements to assess operational impact.
  • Develop knowledge management resources, user workflows, and escalation pathways to support department readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering projects or programs independently and within a team environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced operations environment.
  • Experience defining project plans, coordinating resources, managing implementation activities, and developing processes for program rollout and ongoing support.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements in programs (preferred).
  • Master's degree (preferred).
  • PMP or other program management certification (preferred).
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification (preferred).
  • Healthcare experience in health insurance, health systems, or healthcare consulting (preferred).
