Description

  • Own positioning and messaging for Cyara’s Agentic CX assurance products.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market launches, including tiering, enablement, content, analyst and press briefings, and pipeline measurement.
  • Conduct customer interviews, win/loss reviews, and analyst research to inform product strategy and messaging.
  • Track competitive vendors and provide sales with clear competitive positioning.
  • Build sales pitches, discovery questions, objection handling, and demo narratives; participate in sales calls.
  • Create solution briefs, analyst submissions, webinars, launch blogs, and conference content.
  • Collaborate daily with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success.
  • Begin as an individual contributor with the opportunity to grow into team leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS and AI product marketing, including at least 2 years at a senior or lead level independently owning a product portfolio.
  • Demonstrated success delivering product launches that increased pipeline and bookings, supported by measurable results.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills; work samples will be reviewed.
  • Ability to engage effectively with technical buyers, engineers, and CX executives.
  • Experience selling to enterprise accounts through long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Direct experience marketing agentic AI, LLM applications, AI evaluation, or AI governance products is preferred.
  • Ability to explain non-determinism, hallucination risk, agent orchestration, and evaluation methodologies to CIO audiences is preferred.
  • CX or contact center experience with IVR, CCaaS, conversational AI, NLU, or contact center operations is preferred.
  • Experience in QA, testing, observability, or monitoring categories is preferred.
  • Analyst relations experience with Gartner, Forrester, or Everest Group is preferred.
