Description

  • Manage the daily operations of delegated dental and vision vendor contracts.
  • Triage and resolve member and provider issues in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the end-to-end delegated vendor program.
  • Collaborate with clinical, claims, market, and vendor teams to support contract execution and issue resolution.
  • Support strategic initiatives, process optimization, and cost containment efforts.
  • Implement contracting strategies aligned with network adequacy, development, and cost management objectives.
  • Use data and competitor analysis to inform negotiation and contracting decisions.
  • Support policy and workflow implementation and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist with account management tasks, including deliverable tracking, report management, meeting minutes, and team organization.
  • Support financial operations, including budget forecasting and projections, and perform administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare client management, healthcare consulting, provider healthcare contracting, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
  • 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional work experience (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience running financial analyses on markets or product lines and supporting improvement opportunities (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience navigating and organizing large data sets such as claim files and provider rosters (preferred).
  • Experience working with healthcare vendor contracts, claims, members, or provider operations is relevant to the role.
  • Ability to work in a remote field-based role with frequent travel for client meetings.
  • Must reside in one of the listed states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas.
